Kenny is a very attentive engineer who took time to ensure the thermostat was functioning properly having discovered an unusual 5 wire configuration on the old one. Apparently, a five wire instal is unnecessary for my gas central heating system. It would seem a five wire configuration is mainly used for heating and air con combined systems. The work that i undertake is of the same standard of work that i would expect on my own property and always will be.
Very thorough, Gavin explained the job and found all the problems and fixed them all. Even when faced with a few unknown issues he was able to come up with quick solutions and adapt to the problems.
