I highly recommend Prodecorators. The team has a good idea for design and living. Cris lead me though renovating the bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms. He showed me where to spend money and where to hold back. The work required demolishing walls, building new spaces, plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing. Since using them, other family members have used them. If they are available, go with them!

The radiators do not work , I asked him to refund or pay some money back .He refused outright! The boiler is leaking bucket full of water .He started by cutting pipes & removing the filter & putting a loop on it . He then told me to fill up the pressure up to 1 , I did this . By the next morning it leaks out all the water. He said it’s the value inside boiler & these stupid old boilers , you can’t get to the value . He wanted another £400 to repair it & then said £800 for a new one . He never told me to get a new boiler at the start , he told me after he had damaged it. He’s a cowboy ! he said he had nightmares , as he knew it was an issue now that the boiler was broken by him. He came back & put a stop end on the end of the overheating pipe as this didn’t stop the leak. I asked for a refund as has broken my boiler as it was working before he came . There was no leaks anywhere . It went from £60 to £180 .I paid him . He’s not a reasonable person , he told me to get another plumber . I feel he has scammed me of a lot of money & caused me a lot of stress & upset 😢 All he needs to do is refund my money as the central heating dosnt work & I have no heat & now I have a broken boiler . It’s not right, I was kind to him & gave him homemade apple pie & tea & we got on really well & I offered him more work. It’s wrong & he knows it, he’s ripped me off! He’s scammed me of £180 pounds . A good tradesman would refund me my money. I got no heat & a broken boiler .

Steve, did a fantastic job for us with a very quick turnaround. Arriving promptly and on time for the 3 visits required to complete the job. He identified the problem with the boiler quickly and quoted a very fair price for the repair. Once he started working on the job, we where very happy with the work to fix the fault. I would highly recommend Steve for any plumbing/heating work that is required.

Aarron provided fully professional service when installing replacement tap for our bathroom sink. During the process we also discovered that sink pipes need to be swapped and he done that without prior agreement. He was friendly and helpful in sharing some of his advice as well. After posting my job Samir replied with ‘I’m working in your area at the moment just finishing a job I can come round if that’s convenient for you, no call out charge.’ However, after he phoned, I was told there would be a mandatory £90 ‘inspection fee’. He said if the job was small the £90 would go towards the total charge. He attended the flat and, in a minute or two, identified a worn-out small plastic part. He said he would charge me £20 for the part and £100 for the fix, so the total cost was £120. He completed the work in just under 30 minutes and informed me the bill was £210. I had assumed the £90 ‘inspection fee’ formed part of the payment, but he said no, this would be on top. In hindsight, other contractors had been quoting £50 per hour for labour, so the £190 I paid for half an hour was effectively almost eight times this rate. To be balanced, he was punctual, polite and competent. Overall, I would advise any potential customers to ensure you are crystal clear on charges.
