I was delighted with the service I received from Mr Lee Howard. He turned up on time, was very polite, to undertake some radiator and pipe work, we fully discussed the work that was required in advance and he kept to the agreed competitive price that was quoted. He worked quickly and efficiently, doing a quality job, to a high standard. He cleaned up after completing the job. Took great care to insure, minimal disruption was caused throughout and left my flat in same condition as previously. I would be more than happy to recommend Mr Lee Howard, because of his skills.

When hired to do the toilet leak after flushing repair, they came the same day. The repair took two days, but the toilet leak was fixed. A week later, the toilet starts leaking again after flushing. Requested to be investigated, which they agreed. Then the plumber kept postponing the appointment, many times at the last second because he had to do other jobs. This lasted three weeks. As the plumber always said he would be coming the next day, the feedback is negative.

Earl dealt well with a very difficult situation. While servicing our boiler last night, he identified several dangerous faults in how it had been installed. We looked closely at the installation certificate and I'm appalled to say that it looks like the installation was done by a fake engineer, without a real Gas Safe license. Earl went above and beyond to find us someone who could reinstall the boiler next week, and provided a detailed report which I hope can be used against the original installer. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Would highly recommend working with Earl - he knows what he's doing, is passionate about his job and wants to go the extra mile.

The job went very well. The engineer checked the boiler thoroughly and rectified several faults inside the boiler. The boiler was restored to full working order and it now functions efficiently. The work was carried out in our loft and he brought his own battery operated lighting. Very much appreciated his good work and thorough checking of our central heating system.
