Captain Boiler were hired to replace/upgrade several upstairs radiators. The team (Huseyin and Emrah) arrived promptly on the agreed date and completed the job quickly and efficiently with a minimum of mess. All work was carried out to a high standard. Once the new radiators were installed the team thoroughly tested our central system. Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.
