The job went very well. The engineer checked the boiler thoroughly and rectified several faults inside the boiler. The boiler was restored to full working order and it now functions efficiently. The work was carried out in our loft and he brought his own battery operated lighting. Very much appreciated his good work and thorough checking of our central heating system. Would recommend his service.

We gave Joe what I thought would be a difficult job - replacing a non-standard sized door in a wall that's not straight, and the old door had warped because it was so close to the heat of the shower. But he was amazing! New door is solid and cut down to fit, and he even found a handle that matched all the others in the house. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and we were very pleased with the results. We are already talking to Joe about getting him back to do other jobs around the house, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Mr Negri arrived on time and set about work immediately he was professional , I helped with the positioning and very happy with the overall work. Mr Negris started refilling the radiators , switched on the system and the pressure needle started to flicker over the 1 bar, I was told by Mr Negris that this happens , he then quickly switched off the boiler and said there was no need to keep it running as the heating was working. He then very hurridly packed the rest of his tools , unfortunately a neighbour had blocked his van in , he became increasingly agitated and verbally aggressive. I paid him feeling very uncomfortable, he continued swearing and ranting with neighbour . Later on I wanted to check the heating I noticed the pressure needle was on the 3rd bar, I bled the bathroom radiator as Mr Negris had not, there was a lot of air , I then ran the system , the needle rose to to full pressure there was a loud hiss of air coming from outside and then the needle dropped, water was dripping from the outlet pipe and still is . I messaged Mr Negris , explained I have had no issues with the boiler before , I wanted him to fix the issues and gave him 3 days. I have been accused of being a bully wanting a freebie and wasting his time. Mr Negris after care is a lot to be desired and I would not recommend using him to anyone . It has left me very aggrieved and cautious of using this site. I am left with a boiler with high pressure and a leaking outlet pipe. costing me more to rectify.

I wouldn't write a review normally but I feel others should be aware of this. I was wary due to reviews saying he was slow and didn't appear to know what he was talking about. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit. A bathroom electric radiator fit, involving some chasing of wiring into the wall and a certificate on completion was estimated to take 1-2 days. After 3 separate visits (2.5 days), it was made clear to me that the equipment required to test the circuit (to give certification) needed calibration and would need sending away, there was no time frame given for the return. I had a radiator on the wall, wiring chased, but nothing connected. I followed up twice calls and a text (1st after 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that) to get a clearer time for a return to finish the job. After the final text message I received nothing for 3 weeks, at this point I could only guess he had abandoned the job. I heard from Donald out of the blue 53 days after the job had started, that he could return to finish. By this time I had had an entire kitchen fitted and the electrician on site finished Donald's work. Completely unprofessional, AVOID.

We had a great experience with Bog Boss. We posted the job we needed with the details and they got in touch the same evening. We video called to discuss and show the job. They came the next day even earlier than expected and the completed job. We had a tv unit that needed to be part mounted on the wall, 6 cupboards to be fixed together and levelled, the wall skirting cut for the bottom cupboards to sit flush with the top ones. It was a big job! They were professional and did the job to a high spec. We were very happy and will definitely use them again. We have kept their details for future.
