Earl dealt well with a very difficult situation. While servicing our boiler last night, he identified several dangerous faults in how it had been installed. We looked closely at the installation certificate and I'm appalled to say that it looks like the installation was done by a fake engineer, without a real Gas Safe license. Earl went above and beyond to find us someone who could reinstall the boiler next week, and provided a detailed report which I hope can be used against the original installer. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Would highly recommend working with Earl - he knows what he's doing, is passionate about his job and wants to go the extra mile.

I did hire Aiden De Winter for the job. He came and inspected the problem and sent us a link to purchase a new pump. I paid him for this work. We purchased a new pump, and he decided not to finish the job and come back to install the pump. This caused a lot of problems as he was the second plumber I hired for this job, and now we have to find a third plumber! What a waste.. how hard is it to come back and fit the pump! Do not use this company at all costs!

When hired to do the toilet leak after flushing repair, they came the same day. The repair took two days, but the toilet leak was fixed. A week later, the toilet starts leaking again after flushing. Requested to be investigated, which they agreed. Then the plumber kept postponing the appointment, many times at the last second because he had to do other jobs. This lasted three weeks. As the plumber always said he would be coming the next day, the feedback is negative.

These were jobs I had been putting off for ages, dreading having to "get a plumber in" so... After much research, drawing up a list I ended up speaking to Jack, he popped in the next day to look at the work to be done, quickly emailed a reasonable quote and we agreed a day. On the day he just quietly got on with the work, tidying up after himself, expertly maneuvering around the dogs and I now have a lovely new radiator, fantastic pipes in the utility room, as Eric Morecombe would say about Ernies hair " you can hardly see the join!" The garden tap.. how did I ever survive without one. Thank you so very much Jack I will be in touch with more work soon. K
