Ryan is an excellent plumber. He arrived on time for the quotation and the fitting day. He responded to messages. His price was very reasonable for the supply and installation of the 4 radiators with pipes position adjustments. I hired him out of 4 interested plumbers. He doesn't talk too much like myself. He knew exactly what I wanted without us talking too much. He did all the job in less than a day. I will highly recommend him.

A plumber and boiler installers let me down. I found Robert on mybuilder he came to do the job Sunday (29/12/19) and found there was some extra work that needed doing and told me he would do job the following Monday. Came on Monday and fitted boiler and didn’t charge me for the additional parts. My tenant was so happy with him. Now I have recommended him to others. He was so lovely, he moved jobs around so that he could fit my mum in, he had to replace the full shower unit with a brand new one, and he installed her radiator in the kitchen for her, he explained the problem with the shower, i would highly reccommed uk gas and plumb care.

Radiator fitted fine, it was a large heavy vertical type. Problem came with the pipe work which I noticed after plumber had left. Pipes were at terrible angles and very visible. I contacted him and he stated that's the best I could do!! I will have to get another plumber in to complete the job.

I needed a new boiler fitting. Kyle came round and gave a clear quotation, explaining where fluctuations may occur based on my property. He also explained the different choices of boilers and thermostats we could have, explaining pros and cons. The job was done in the time originally specified to a very high standard. Any other areas of the house that were affected have been neatly tidied. Kyle was always polite and was very respectful when we were in the house at the same time.
