I contacted Darren to carry out some installations for some tap and waste pipe fittings and realised his quote was very reasonable. Before the meeting he kept me informed about ETA, and on arrival went straight to work. He was very efficient and prepared the materials so all the jobs can be carried out at together. Once he completed the installations he did another check to ensure there was no leakage and took the time to explain exactly what he had done. He was very polite, friendly and obviously experienced plumber. I'm very happy with his professional service and will not hesitate to use again.

Zak (Shah) was great. He contacted me promptly, arrived on time, understood the problem quickly, and got to work remedying it straight away. This was a complex problem that had baffled two prior Gas Engineer but Zak handled it with ease. He completed the problem in 2 hours for a very reasonable fee. Zak identified some other issues and quickly and easily rectified those for me at the same time. At the end of the job, Zak gave me a written job sheet that detailed the problem and the remedies he had carried out. All work was finished to a high standard and Zak cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended for any gas or plumbing works.

Chris came and looked at the job, advised exactly what was needed and why and have a quote, he came today to complete the job and has done a fantastic job all very neat and improved the system, he advised that it didn’t take quite as long as expected so took an hour of labour off. We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.
