Chris sent Barry to do some plumbing works. They gave me a high quote than my other quotes but gave me verbal confidence of their quality works, I accepted it and went ahead. The jobs done (with some hiccups) and I paid £50 extra as a tip. Next week, the outdoor tap they installed under the kitchen started leaking like flooding - I contacted them and they did not attend (said not available) and had to pay £90 for an emergency plumbing fix (the engineer said they didn't tighten the valve). Few days later, another job I gave them failed and leaking (toilet spray). Chris attended and said has no clue how to fix it, Barry didn't bother to respond. I arranged with another plumber who fixed the wrong washer used in their installation and cost me another £80. Overall, in my experience they are neither competent enough plumbers nor do they have good morals to refund when they do things wrong. 3 other jobs they did we have had no issues with, radiator change and tap change.

Steve, did a fantastic job for us with a very quick turnaround. Arriving promptly and on time for the 3 visits required to complete the job. He identified the problem with the boiler quickly and quoted a very fair price for the repair. Once he started working on the job, we where very happy with the work to fix the fault. I would highly recommend Steve for any plumbing/heating work that is required.

This is my reference of builder and all round handyman Radu. I found him to be the best builder I have ever had in the 26 years that I have been living in London. He is always on time and no problems to be around solves problems and I most certainly will not be getting any other builder from now on except Radu to work on both my properties in Kensington Chelsea and Kensington Olympia . Ali was great! Posted the job on Thursday, Ali called me the same day, which I missed, when we finally got hold of each other (due to us both working) he was very willing to help even though it was nearly 8pm on a Friday. Ali offered to do the job the next day. He called me in the morning to let me know he could do it earlier if convenient. Took a look at the issue and explained it may cost slightly more than quoted over the phone due to the lack of access to my boiler but said not to worry that he would get it done no matter what! Was upfront, honest, quick about the job and tidied up after himself!! Would definitely recommend!
