I called A1 Gasco Heating for a repair to the gas boiler yesterday. They duly arrived on time today & within 2 hours they had checked everything & found the problem and fixed the problem. Not only that, but they also checked the gas supply as an extra and found that to be safe. Finally, after fixing the fault, they recommended some positive & constructive advice as well and cleaned up afterwards too. All in all - I was Very Happy with their work and will definitely use them again and I can recommend their service anytime and to anyone. Thanks Andy

Marco was incredibly helpful: he was available at short notice and as I was out of the country he was happy to provide advice over the phone about the pictures of the leak until I was able to arrange an appointment. In the end, that advice led to the neighbour actually responsible for the leak sorting it at their end without having to call out Marco and he was very gracious about the late cancellation. I will definitely be hiring Marco again if I have another issue.

He kept rescheduling and then cancelled the job last minute, came up with an excuse (family emergency) as to why he did not contact me sooner to let me know that he would not be attending… then was rude instead of being apologetic and had the audacity to think he had done nothing wrong!
