What really stood out was how well-prepared he was. He arrived with all the necessary tools and parts, meaning there was no wasted time—he got straight to work and resolved the problem efficiently. Ahmad is a brilliant professional Plumber, he responded quickly and came and completed the work 2 days later, Very polite and takes pride in his work, did not rush our jobs, he installed our new Cooker, did plumbing for new sink with waste outlet. Ahmad also put up a new radiator and had to change the hot and cold water connections that our previous plumber had done wrong, Ahmad was very profession , he did not make any negative comments regarding the previous plumbers work, we also mentioned that no lime scale filter had been fitted into our new combination boiler by the previous plumber, Ahmad kindly said he will do for us if we got the filter, we brought this a Ahmad installed, he did not request any money, When we insisted we pay, he just said ‘give what you want’ Another good thing I liked was Ahmad called us after each work and showed us how the cooker worked, showed us the plumbing for sink, tested the hot and cold water connections, turned the radiator on and made sure we were happy with work before he left, Very clean worker, cleared up after each job . His rates are competitive, very knowledgeable, worked to a high standard would defiantly recommend him.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST The job was relatively straight forward. Reattach a radiator to a wall. The radiator was fully working and just needed to be re-attached. Andrew has left a hugh whole in the wall. I don't understand why he did this and offered no remedy. I have before and after pics which proves he put the whole in the wall. He also agreed to reattach a curtain rail. He did a terrible job. I have before and after pics. Do not use him at all cost. He is a cowboy. I should have made sure to stay in the flat with but did not. I called him to for explanation and remedy, instead he got angry, shouting at me then put the phone down. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST Can't see myself using My Builder again after this first bad experience .
