We hired Raj to install an entire new central heating system in a property that's never had any heating system. The work involved installing: - 3 radiators downstairs - 3 radiators upstairs - 1 heated towel rail - A Worcester combi boiler Our downstairs floor is concrete. We wanted everything to be neat and not have any pipes showing. To save room in the kitchen, we had the boiler and washing machine installed outside in a utility closet. And finally, the gas pipe was routed outside of the property for further health reasons. Raj was extremely cooperative and meticulous in helping us get up and running. Just a very good guy to work with. We had hot water and heat exactly when we needed to move into the property. So his timing was also very good. In terms of price, I do not think anyone can beat him. I recommend Raj for your plumbing, heating needs.

Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

Brian did brilliant work for us. He replaced 3 rads in difficult locations (plasterboard on concrete brick wall), installed the Nest thermostat plus he made good all walls after concealing the pipe work. Brian is a top professional and delivers as promised. He can responsibly manage all different trades needed for a job and gets is done at the minimum time possible. He was also extremely polite from start to end.

Very disappointing experience. I was initially given a price estimate of £90, which any reasonable customer would assume to be a fixed callout price. After the work was completed, I was then informed this was supposedly an hourly rate, resulting in a £210 charge to stop a simple radiator leak. Although I was unhappy with the pricing, I accepted it due to the emergency nature of the job and the fact it was a Saturday callout. The most concerning part, however, was what followed. Because payment was not made within the hour, the operatives returned to my customer’s property and their manner and approach left the customer feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. In my opinion, there was a serious lack of clarity, professionalism, and customer care throughout. I would strongly advise others to ensure all pricing and payment terms are confirmed clearly in writing before using this company.
