Earl dealt well with a very difficult situation. While servicing our boiler last night, he identified several dangerous faults in how it had been installed. We looked closely at the installation certificate and I'm appalled to say that it looks like the installation was done by a fake engineer, without a real Gas Safe license. Earl went above and beyond to find us someone who could reinstall the boiler next week, and provided a detailed report which I hope can be used against the original installer. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Would highly recommend working with Earl - he knows what he's doing, is passionate about his job and wants to go the extra mile.

The ask was replacing two old radiators with new ones. The job was completed to a very poor standards. One of the radiators pipe was leaking so the team had to come back to fix it. When an inspection was carried out by our building management, I was asked to redo the radiators due to the insecurely fitted and one thermostat was incorrectly positioned. Unfortunately, I had to pay someone else to redo the job put aside the time wasted and the tremendous inconvenience caused.
