Overall a very positive experience. Jack had great communication to advise on job quote and estimated time of arrival with a phone call to confirm exact time. Very friendly and knowledgable. Work was carried out quickly with little fuss and work area left clean and tidy. Work carried out to a high standard and at a very fair price. I would certainly reccommend Westworld Plumbing. Dave and his son Luke were very conscientious and at the end of the phone if I had any questions. Other workers, ie plasterer and tiler were also very clean in their work and polite. I am a very happy customer and wouldn't hessitate to use their services again. Sam did an excellent job fixing our hot water boiler. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and keen to resolve the problem. He kept me informed throughout whilst waiting for parts, going above and beyond to research the water heater system. He was flexible with arranging schedules for repair and worked efficiently with care and respect for our home. I posted the job I needed doing (replace leaking radiator) and Max contacted me almost immediately. He arranged a time to come and quote the same day. I was extremely happy with the quote and Max came the following day to replace the radiator. Max is polite and his work is to a high standard, he was tidy and left the area he was working in clean. Will definitely use Max again. 10 out of 10.
