1/Mark started the first job full of goodwill and enthusiasm. 2/second job given and very different. 3/dirt,dust,rubble left uncleared. 4/ l'm a landlord living abroad so can only go by his photos 5/partion wall ruined and had to be replaced, skirting/architrave on/off, redecorate etc all because he didn't us a tap measure and spirit level, basically he guessed where to make an opening to fit the taps. 4/months later the tenant contacts me to say everythings leaking!. 6/Rang him and his reply was 'l'm in Greece' and thats that. Crap work, crap cleaning, crap attitude
