Brad had to come out numerous times to complete the job. From inexperience it appears Brad was unable to give me a correct. Initially quoted £85 and this cost then went up to £170, with the job still incomplete £150 paid. Not happy with this service as he attended 4x. On the first visit Brad managed to change 3 valves upstairs. He told me the parts for downstairs 5 valves were incorrect and supplied alternatives which were completely different to what i supplied- trying to cut corners. Asked him to redo these, and quote doubled. Brad said it would cost £170 labour, negotiated this to £150. He managed to change 6/8 and would charge another £40 do complete 7 due to a faulty part. I would have preferred if Brad is unable to complete the job, to not opt to take it in the first place and if he has under estimated his time- this is not my mistake. He should have fully assessed the job and said so before starting the work which has taken 3weeks and yet incomplete. Overall the work appears ok.

Shaun is a great tradesman and person to have working in your home. He has just competed a full bathroom renovation and he’s done a spectacular job, it’s a really high quality finish and I love it. I have to say the reviews are spot on.. Shaun was happy to answer all of my (many) questions, and gave advice on how to achieve the finish I wanted in the most sensible way without compromising on style - the choice is of course always yours and he’ll always work to try and make what you want happen, but 9 times out of 10 I ended up following his suggestion on things. 10/10 would recommend!

Easy to arrange appointment. Unfortunately found that the doors were not fitted correctly so had to be reaffixed. The lower back panel had fallen off completely and you cab see it sticking out behind the wardrobe. Contacted them and they said they didn't realise and offered a discount on any future work.
