Was let down by Wren on a bedroom installation and had to look for my own tradesmen at short notice. Knowing that I had a plasterer already booked Matthew came round and did everything I needed and even did some other work in another room before the plasterer came so that I could get everything plastered at the same time. Can't thank him enough. Really pleased with the work, decent price, would definately use again.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. I was quoted a week to fit a new bathroom but the job took almost 2 months! Some days the guys simply didn't turn up. Communication was very poor. Once it was finished, yes it looked great HOWEVER the shower cubicle started to leak approx a couple of weeks after completion. Turns out the shower tray was not fitted correctly via plinth. There was a bounce on the shower tray instead of being sold structure, this bounce caused water to get through sealant between shower tray and sliding door frame. Contacted A2Z plumbing to tell them of the error and gave them plenty of opportunity to come out and fix it but once they heard of the issue they began not answering calls and finally point blank refused to do anything about the issue. I have since had to get another plumber in to rip out shower tray and refit CORRECTLY. At the moment putting together evidence before taking A2Z plumbing to small claims court. Shocking

Dismantled 2 radiators, advised on sizing for replacement and disposed of them. Came back after painting to attach 2 new ones. Patient and thoughtful in addressing issues when the wall wasn’t great when drilled and worked to find a solution. Polite and kept everything tidy. Very happy with the work and the end result.
