Dan came to access the job and fully explained the nature of the problem & the method of resolution. We booked a day/time for the work to be completed & in fact added on an extra piece of work at the last minute which he undertook. Dan arrived promptly as arranged, undertook the work outlined (explaining everything as he went along). His work was efficient, clean & tidy. He was extremely polite & pleasant and he rectified the problems we had with our heating system. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan to others based upon his communication & the work he carried out. In fact we have asked him back to rectify another longer term problem. 5 stars.
