The work that Steve Pearce carried out at my house was a replacement boiler, new water cylinder, programmer, thermostat and radiator valves. All necessary pipework and then flush out the complete system. From the very first meeting with my wife and I they arrived on time and explained what was needed to do our work. On starting the work they arrived on time and did so each day that they were here. We was completely at ease leaving the workforce in our property whilst we were out .We found them very extremely pleasant, helpful, and above all very very clean. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Pearce and his company to carry out the work knowing the customer will be completely satisfied as we were. We have finally found a traditional company who cares about their work and the satisfaction of their customers. First class.

Dale was really clear when he came round to look at the job and give me a quote. He replaced my boiler and put in a new walk-in shower and floor in my bathroom. It wasn't totally straightforward, but Dale stayed in close touch with me throughout and always explained how he would get around problems. Everything was delivered within the original quote and to a good standard. He was clean and tidy and did a few extra bits and bobs for me. I was a bit apprehensive about letting Dale into my home as I was away just as he planned to start the job, but I needn't have worried. He's very trustworthy. He also put me in touch with a previous customer who reassured me and I would be pleased to do the same for someone else. All in all a good guy and a talented plumber.
