It was very clear to see that he had extensive knowledge and experience. The radiator looks great! The ask was replacing two old radiators with new ones. The job was completed to a very poor standards. One of the radiators pipe was leaking so the team had to come back to fix it. When an inspection was carried out by our building management, I was asked to redo the radiators due to the insecurely fitted and one thermostat was incorrectly positioned. Unfortunately, I had to pay someone else to redo the job put aside the time wasted and the tremendous inconvenience caused.

He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. To begin, he came over to inspect the work before giving a very reasonable quote, he was very informative, knowledgable and kept us in the loop at every stage in the process. Paige was incredibly professional and friendly and got the work done in only a couple of days. I especially appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do everything just right and he did. Everything looks and works great and left the house in an immaculate condition. Paige was attentive to all our concerned, amazing communication skills and made himself reachable at every point - day or night. He went above and beyond when he was required to do extra work to ensure we didn't run into problems in the future, which he did gracefully and to an incredibly high standard.
