Really pleased with the job (radiator replacement). Sanjay is polite and very active. He came over to look at the job next day (and that on a Sunday) and provided me the quote within 1 hour. He actually did the job next morning, offered reasonable rates and did the job to perfection. He proactively worked around any issues that arose, went out to sort out the parts and came back with options to save me and him time. All tidied up after the job completed, and made sure I was satisfied with the work which was nicely done. He gave me lots of honest and practical advice. I can safely recommend Sanjay for his work quality and easy of dealing with him.

From beginning to end, this job has been managed well. Although James couldn't start the job immediately, this was not a problem to me. What mattered was the attitude to the job, and his was professional. He nominated a colleague, Nick, to undertake the work with his support. The work consisted of i) replacement of three radiators, a pump, cold-water tank ballcock ii) installation of a magnetic filter, and iii) a power flush of the entire radiator system (10 radiators). The work took a full day and was complete at the end. It was nice finding someone who provided a professional job, and can recommend James if you need something similar done.
