This so called plumber has not come back to complete the work. Dave Goodwin fitted a new immersion heater which cost over £1,000 and it does not work. Dave is not willing to come back and correct it (apparently has a water flow problem) utterly disgusting taken the money but no after care. Avoid this plumber at all costs Can you come back and fix the work that you got paid to do I have no water coming out of any of the hot water taps You say in your advert that you guarantee the work well where are you I am left with no water The car park fines are your responsibility as the company said there are enough signs I notified the car parking company on your behalf when you told me of them however the fine was paid in full I therefore could not get a refund on your behalf but you could have pursued You refuse to come back and make good your work I do not have a working boiler I have had to hire another plumber to fix the mess you made I am reporting this to trading standards

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re really pleased with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend Melvin. From the start, he was helpful, hardworking and listened to what we wanted, including the finishes and details we had in mind. The bathroom has been completely transformed and we’re really happy with how it has come together. There were a few finishing touches and snagging points along the way, but Melvin was approachable and came back to address the outstanding items, which we really appreciated. He worked hard throughout the renovation and was happy to discuss things with us and make adjustments where needed. We’re very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation.
