Very disappointing experience. I was initially given a price estimate of £90, which any reasonable customer would assume to be a fixed callout price. After the work was completed, I was then informed this was supposedly an hourly rate, resulting in a £210 charge to stop a simple radiator leak. Although I was unhappy with the pricing, I accepted it due to the emergency nature of the job and the fact it was a Saturday callout. The most concerning part, however, was what followed. Because payment was not made within the hour, the operatives returned to my customer’s property and their manner and approach left the customer feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. In my opinion, there was a serious lack of clarity, professionalism, and customer care throughout. I would strongly advise others to ensure all pricing and payment terms are confirmed clearly in writing before using this company.

AWESOME PLUMBER! Kieran responded quickly and offered a quote. He arrived as agreed and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job fitting the radiator. The pipe work was very cleanly soldered. We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.
