Remove old Potterton boiler in the kitchen, remove the old Boiler Mate water cylinder in airing cupboard and replace with new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler, to be located in the airing cupboard. Install new flue pipe into roof and make good brick work outside of house where old vent was located. Remove old boiler and water cylinder. Fantastic job all round, no problems with quality of workmanship and leaving the house in a clean and tidy condition. Copper pipe work was very good. Friendly and very professional, including thorough with work. Turned up at 8.30am each morning on the dot and completed a full days work, so was very reliable. Took 2 days to install our Worcester Bosch boiler which is very good. Explained each stage of the work and was happy when I would pop my head round to see how he was getting on. Explained how to operate the controls for the boiler once completed. I had heard that installing a Worcester Bosch boiler was not an easy job, but our job was completed to a very high standard and they made it look easy. No hesitation in recommending at all. Will invite back to complete our annual service on the boiler. Great job thanks.

If you need a plumber/heating engineer then seriously look no further than SDW Plumbing & Heating. Steve Williams spent 3 hours with me trying to work out how best to achieve what I wanted. We agreed the best way to get the job done and Steve and his two sons, Josh & Kurtis started the boiler installation on Wednesday (21st Aug 19) morning and completed the work on the Friday evening. To say the job was a challenge is an understatement, in fact it was a pig! The job involved running a gas feed from one cottage, through 2 attics, out of one wall and back in through another! This was all before they had to run copper pipes through some of the tightest spaces ever seen. This didn't deter the boys and the went about their work in a professional manner, paying particular attention to achieve the highest of finishes. The work has been carried out to the very highest standard and to be fair they went above and beyond what I had originally asked them to do. I have no reservation in recommending SDW for anyone who's looking to have a job done properly. Thanks boys.

Once arranged, Richard arrived on time replaced our existing thermostat with the new Google Nest Gen 3 model we had sourced ourselves. He had to do a couple of extra adjustments to the wiring as original wiring fell outside of regulations but he got it all up and running fine.

I needed a CH Control engineer - we got one the others were CH plumbers. Jay came up with an innovative Heat Exchanger system for the original single pipe system with a separate control for the 2 pipe system. The improvement has been dramatic. We are still battling with the additional controller/timer which is more modern than we are. he also pointed out that since our old AGA had been removed with its back boiler our 2 coil tank was only heating half the water and that a replacement tank was required - again the difference has been dramatic. An excellent service
