Really impressed. We had a call and he gave me a quote for the job and then as I was local also sent and engineer to double check the quote. Within a week I had job underway. The engineer on site was really professional. Really happy with the work. After, the Invoice was much larger than I expected nearly 50% more but I messaged Rob and there had been a billing error. This was all sorted within same day of issuing the invoice. Again I would say I am really happy with the instant and constant feedback to questions. Get in touchMatt responded my job post promptly and called me the same evening to arrange to come and view the work. He arrived this morning on time and was very polite and courteous. We talked through what I wanted doing and agreed a price. As he had travelled over 20 miles, rather than making a second trip he agreed to complete the work at the time of the first visit as had all the required tools and was happy to go and collect the materials for me, this suited me as the work needed to be completed this week before carpets are fitted. He was very tidy in his work, kept me up to speed all the way through and left the house as he found it.
