I hired Joe to replace a couple of radiator valves, but unfortunately the job turned out to be bigger than just that. He communicated with me straight away and quoted for the job again. But he raised more issues after the second quote so the price went up again. He then replaced the valves, however upon finishing the job he’s left 2 holes in the wall as he said that’s not within the quote to fix the wall. Which is a bit of shame. I’d recommend him and he’s responded quickly and did the job, but I’d suggest to agree with the price after seeing the entire job if possible. And be better if also be able to fix the wall if there’s any damage etc.

We had a relatively new system in an old house. The heating and plumbing had been installed by a big and expensive company with no aftercare service and we were just out of the guarantee period. The heating system seemed to be tripping the electrics so we had no heating at all nor any power for any length of time at all really. Two different electricians and two different heating engineers were unable to identify the exact cause of the problem and certainly couldn't fix it. The situation was pretty desperate. Scott turned up on a Saturday and got us going again, then once the parts that were needed arrived, refurbished and updated the system, that had never really worked properly, and left us with a heating system that works better now than ever. He was tenacious in looking for the problem, creative and professional in solving it, and always punctual and patient in explaining what was going on. Scott was also able to fix a couple of other more standard plumbing problems we also had with a shower and radiators, so I would also say "no job too small". I unreservedly recommend Help for Heating.

Luke was very helpful, flexible & polite. Both him and his partner came to fit some wall paper in our downstairs toilet and did a great job (despite being faced with some very uneven walls in our old house). They were both very keen to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily - which it was. I'll be giving Luke a call in the future should i need more help with wallpapering.

Ben did an excellent job relocating a radiator in one of my rooms. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was done to a high standard, pretty much within an hour. Communication was clear throughout, and he arrived on time as agreed. The pipework has been installed neatly and the finish is very tidy. Really pleased with the overall result and would definitely recommend. Would happily use again for future jobs.

Finished product is amazing. I thought I had already written this review but it seems not. Sorry Colin. Colin and his son were awesome. Great attention to detail, they accepted my wide and varied input. Their pipework was beautiful, it was a shame it had to be buried into the floor under the new underfloor heating. I wanted a shower / bathroom that was exceptional and Four Seasons Hotel quality and that is what I got. It was not cheap for sure but that was mainly because of the 3 leaks we found, the rotting joists, the high quality shower door, walls to be built, floating sink and toilet to be installed and the tiling. However, the end product is something everyone who uses it comments on. A beautiful bathroom. I thank you

Advertised for disconnection and removal of a cooker. The plumber stated he will not be removing the cooker. The cooker was placed outside. Bit disappointed as I'm struggling financially. The plumber was polite and professional just didn't complete the Advertised job.
