Easy to deal with. Communication was clear and concise. He was happy to answer any questions. He gave a competitive quote and wasn’t pushy in anyway. I would definitely recommend Jason. The work carried out was to a high standard and I was very pleased. Previous Jason we had three different people come but they were unable to fix our heating. Jason managed to do it within one day!!

I paid for a boiler service and a Gas Safe certificate, yet the engineer later admitted he could not remember which boiler he had worked on. This demonstrated a clear lack of organisation and professionalism. A few weeks after the service, the boiler began leaking. He promised to return to inspect the issue but never did. Since then, he has ignored both emails and text messages. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using him at all costs. Losing your phone is not a valid excuse. You promised to returning on 29/12, yet you failed to do so and made no attempt to inform me. Even if your phone had been lost, you could still have accessed your emails via a computer, tablet, borrowed device, or a public library. If you took your professional responsibilities and your customers seriously, you would have found a way to communicate. There are multiple ways to access email, and the failure to do so reflects a clear lack of professionalism!

We really appreciated the time the guys took to make us feel part of the decision process who kept us informed while the work was being carried out and was hugely considerate of our house while working. We've had a number of businesses/workman come out over the last year after we moved in and hardly any took the time and showed the patience these guys have. I contacted GmDouglas initially to remove an old cooker and install a new a new one. I checked that they were on the gas safe register which is what I was looking for. They gave me an initial booking date, the engineer turned up on time and carried out the work in a clean and timely manner. I phoned their head office and paid via card which I found convenient, I was also impressed with the follow up call I received to ensure all was well. I will use GmDouglas in the future and will ask them to carry out Landlord gas safety certificates in my rental houses.
