he came round and fixed a toilet that was not flushing and solved it. I asked him to plumb a washing machine in upstairs, which was a priority, plus do some plumbing on two en suite showers I wanted. also to check why the upstairs radiators from the back boiler of my wood burning stove were not getting hot enough. He told me he would come round on Saturday, but I had to use my wood burner fire to hear the water so he could check the radiators. Which I did but he didn't turn up, He struck me as a good honest lad.. so I will give him the benefit of doubt and assume that for some reason he could not meet the appointment.. if so, he needs to learn that if he cannot fulfil an appointment with a customer then he should communicate with them

Luke and Ashley were amazing, I cannot praise them enough. Luke contacted re the job and maintained contact when I messaged him before they came. On the day they were running slightly late but Luke let me know. They had to remove all my radiators from the walls, flush them out and put them back. They were very professional, efficient and so clean when they left I didn't know they had been. The cost was a very fair price. They also helped us sort out some other little jobs that needed doing. Brilliant! I highly recommend this company.

Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring. Dan came to access the job and fully explained the nature of the problem & the method of resolution. We booked a day/time for the work to be completed & in fact added on an extra piece of work at the last minute which he undertook. Dan arrived promptly as arranged, undertook the work outlined (explaining everything as he went along). His work was efficient, clean & tidy. He was extremely polite & pleasant and he rectified the problems we had with our heating system. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan to others based upon his communication & the work he carried out. In fact we have asked him back to rectify another longer term problem. 5 stars.

Antony responded quickly to an advert I placed and came around to look and quote. The work was split into two parts. Part 1 was to remove a radiator then move three pipes, two water and one gas. The second part was to return after the plastering was completed to fit a new radiator. Part 1 was completed as planned and I paid antony £ 420 of the £ 520 total cost. Unfortunately despite numerous attempts to contact Antony over a 2 week period via the usual methods to arrange for the 2nd part of the job to be completed, Antony never returned my calls or text so it is looking like I will now have to try and find somebody else which may result in additional costs for me. I am unsure why Antony hasn't made contact, for this reason I cannot recommend.

Walnut Landscaping, (Robert Leach) were commissioned to rebuild our very irregular steps at the back of our house and renew the rendering on the adjoining walls. . He gave a very detailed quote of how it could be done with various suggestions and plans. These were discussed and the work was carried out immaculately, exactly as it said on the tin. And when it was finished he left without trace. He is polite and considerate. The work took a little longer than originally intented as the weather was inclement. I would definitely recommend him.
