I hung a type 22 radiator in place of a type 21 and found that soldering was needed, so put an ad on mybuilder. Sal as the 1st to reply, within minutes. He came the next day and the quote was a sensible one, so I asked him to do the job right away. He had all the kit in his van which was pleasing as I have had plumbers that needed to go shopping for this and that. Sal was professional and easy to chat to, and even encouraging me to learn more about the installation process. Picked up some nice plumbing tips from Sal. Thanks Sal!

**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

First visit was by Craig who was polite and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had not seen this type of cistern flush valve, took photos and said he would try to obtain one. True to his word within a week he phoned saying he had located the new valve and would fit it a few days later. Called again later arranged a date and fitted in no time at all. very pleased would recommend this company. A.L.D

After extensive discussions and receiving a formal quotation, which I accepted, the contractor assured me he would provide a materials list — this was never sent. When the agreed start date arrived, he failed to attend and ignored all messages and follow-up attempts. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. I even explained that my family-run business was closed and that the work needed to be completed urgently, yet he still failed to show up or communicate. Just imagine if he had started the work and then decided the next day not to turn up — the consequences would have been disastrous. Avoid this individual entirely — he cannot be trusted to honour his commitments or conduct himself in a professional manner.
