I was really impressed with Hilton's service. He called and asked lots of questions to work out what the likely cause of the fault was and then came up with two different solutions at different price levels. I thought both of the options he proposed were fairly priced. He handled my indecisiveness patiently, and was happy to answer all my questions, giving me lots of clear and well-explained advice. On the day he turned up on time, and sorted everything out really quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing as he went, and making sure that I was confident with how everything worked before he left. He also answered more questions I had about other heating issues in the property, even though they were not directly related to the repair I had hired him to carry out. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again in future with no hesitation.

Adam came to fix a few issues with my boiler and I can honestly say I’m so glad I chose him. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. The problem was diagnosed quickly. He installed a temporary pcb to keep my boiler going, then ordered a new pcb and replaced it. Overall, had a very good experience and strongly recommend Adam’s service.

We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST The job was relatively straight forward. Reattach a radiator to a wall. The radiator was fully working and just needed to be re-attached. Andrew has left a hugh whole in the wall. I don't understand why he did this and offered no remedy. I have before and after pics which proves he put the whole in the wall. He also agreed to reattach a curtain rail. He did a terrible job. I have before and after pics. Do not use him at all cost. He is a cowboy. I should have made sure to stay in the flat with but did not. I called him to for explanation and remedy, instead he got angry, shouting at me then put the phone down. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST Can't see myself using My Builder again after this first bad experience .
