Amazing job completed by Jason, he came around and gave me a quote the followed up on the job a few days after. Brilliant communication from Jason too. Myself and my partner was at work when Jason carried out the work so my dad came round and let Jason in and it wasn't any problem! When I arrived home from work they was no mess, Jason had cleaned up after himself didn't charge anymore than what he quoted either! Amazing, friendly chap and I could not recommend this fella anymore if I tried!

Slapdash- lots of sealant left on tiles and toilet pedestal- chipboard and ply flooring not level so toilet levelled up with silicone- all cut edges of tiles chipped- new waste pipes to outside not sealed or cemented in- shower tray chipped and repaired by them. Have since paid another plumber to refit and seal bath waste ; have had front wall which was used as workbench repaired - still got tile cement on drive and up garage wall. Am now waiting for a plumber to remove and refit shower which has been leaking since fitted in July so as yet have been unable to have vinyl flooring laid. The work was not done by Scott but by his employee and 17 year old unqualified brother.

I recently had Shahzeb come to take a look at an issue with my radiators, and I was very impressed with the service. He arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout, and took the time to thoroughly check the system. He bled and balanced the radiators, explained what he was doing clearly, and gave honest advice about the likely cause of the problem.
