Mr. Valerio Sabbion responded to my inquiry for the above works within seconds of it being advertised (as this was an urgent job due to leakage and cold weather). In the previous week, I had been advised by Br Gas to consider replacing my aging boiler as a result of recent breakdowns After an initial visit and inspection, Valerio offered me a competitive rate to replace the boiler and install thermostats which he assured me would fix my central heating problems. As a result, I offered the job to Valerio which was completed within 1.5 days leaving the work professionally done (with the necessary guarantees) and making sure all was tidied up afterwards as this was a very messy job due to the repositioning of the boiler and piping. I would highly recommend this sole local tradesman (Coulsdon area)for his skills as both a plumber, carpenter and all round tradesperson who completes work professionally and at a reasonable competitive price.

Terry came and fixed the gas pipe in my kitchen yesterday which had been contributing to the larger problem he identified on his first visit. I found him, as before, scrupulous and brilliant at fixing the problem. He noticed another small problem with my boiler so I suspect I will be asking him to come again sooner rather than later. I would recommend him to anyone (though hopefully he'll still be available if I need to call him!)

The manufacturer confirmed that they are the only ones who can fix the issue. A very trustworthy and reliable guy, I will use his services again.
