Even after the work was done he stayed in touch to make sure all was ok, and even came back a few days later to make some additional changes that he deemed needed to be done, all for the one off price. Lee was patient at explaining the issue with my broken water heater and options we have to ensure a longer term replacement. He came and work diligently to install a new water cylinder in a tight space. It is tricky to get hold of him after a job has been completed and paid though. He didn't send me full documentations of my installs either and is no longer responsive. Otherwise, Lee is competent at his job.
