I needed a central heating in my bedroom and had a pipe leak in the toilet which needed fixing. I called up rakib and asked if he could come down and give me a quote for the job that is required. We agreed on a time and date and Raqib arrived promptly. After giving me a quote I agreed to go ahead with the job. The job was done efficiently on the day which I was really pleased about. I was very happy with the job that was carried out and in future I will definitely use again. I have already asked him to service my boiler when it is due!

Meeting Tom I understood quickly I was dealing with the best possible plumber! Tom is very experienced in plumbing and heating, it took him half minute to understand what the issue with my oil boiler was and was clear in explaining the issue and options to repair. Tired of some funny individuals who can't even distinguish washing machine from a dishwasher, it was really refreshing having Tom taking care of the problem. It took him less than 24 hrs to get to me with estimate and replacement parts availability, again so professional compared to very many I had to chase, for other repairs in the house. You want the best plumber, stick to Tom! This review is related to a 30 yrs old defective oil boiler living on borrowed time...Happy summer to all!
