I have been in the building trade since I was 23 so I won't give my age away but it's over 10 years. Have worked on new builds to renervations learning the craft. I am a sole trader and decided to set up on my own.I found my self offering clients materials at cost price cutting out the middle man. This in turn leaves the client with a quilty finish at a lower cost due to the contacts I have built up over the years. We engaged Ben for a smart thermostat upgrade (Tado) and to fix an intermittent issue with our underfloor heating. The work required taking radiators off the walls (which releases dirty water), but Ben and his apprentice tried hard to keep our house clean (including protective covers on shoes to not bring in outside mud etc). After starting the work, Ben found a problem with how our existing boiler / underfloor heating wiring has been done. Given the complexity it needed a specialist electrician, so Ben called in an associated electrician who came around the same day – which ensured no delay and that the unexpected re-work was undertaken to a high standard. Over the weekend an issue became apparent with one of the heating zones not syncing to the desired temperature. Ben was on hand to send texts with advice over the weekend. Since the issue could not be resolved remotely, Ben came back to our house on the Monday afternoon to check over the system and found two further issues with the pre-existing system (a faulty relay valve + lack of air vents leading to trapped air in system). Ben had a replacement relay valve in van, and was able to fix both issues. Would definitely hire Ben again.

Rob did a great job. That I was imagine installing dishwasher and washing dryer were a simple job. After Rob verified my kitchen cabinet, water supply and drain. It is not an simple job.
