I put a job on my builder on Saturday,Paul’s wife phoned me 10 mins later to arrange for Paul to come round on the Sunday to look at replacing our radiator and give us a quote. Which he did, and arranged to come round to do the job on the Weds at a time to suit ourselves. Paul came as promised and completed the job of replacing our radiator and he even put a new drain cock on one of the other radiators as we never had one on. He completed both to a very high standard and was very clean, he is a really nice man and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Both himself and his Wife are really helpful. I would recommend Paul to anyone and would definitely use him again.

Andy came round to quote on moving my old boiler from an upstairs cupboard into the attic. He advised that my current boiler was non-condensing and it is now law that only condensing boilers can be installed. He provided me with a range of different quotes each subject to the same labour price but with varying quality components and advised what he considered to be the best option for me. I decided to go ahead with the new boiler and Andy managed to fit in the job before Christmas which was fantastic considering the short notice. The job was carried out to a very high standard with neat pipework and little mess. I would not hesitate to use Andy again and I would recommend him to anyone.

Outstanding Service! Brand New Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Installation I found Mark Barr (Complete Plumbing & Gas) via mybuilder.com. He was fully qualified to perform the work I required and had good reviews on several internet searches and so I made contact. He visited my property that same afternoon and confirmed the work to be carried out and quoted me a very reasonable price which was as per my estimated budget. Mark took time to answer my many questions confidently and gave me advice that was actually a better solution and cheaper. He did not try a hard sell like most others do in my experience. Mark arrived at promptly at 7.30am as agreed and performed the install to a very high standard, keeping me informed of any issues. He worked hard all day until completion and now I have a direct unvented water cylinder fully installed by a professional who is definitely going to be my go to guy for any plumbing or gas related issues in the future.
