I used JDM for a tenant property where the toilet was not flushing and overflowing (Sunday). I sent over a number of photos to JDM and he understood what the job was but also identified another issue with the pipework. 24 hours later (Monday) all was fixed. He sent me a number of photos and a video of the work he carried out and it looked professional which was later confirmed with the tenant. Hey, The pair is lovely. However, they are extremely unorganised with excuses upon excuses to not do the job. The job was to change the bath and they removed the board of the bath and never came back?!?! after problems with my watermains. Now I have a bath with no board attracting insects and a non working watermains. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience to my life and family.
