Rob was quick to respond and saved me money. He removed the radiator from the wall so that I could put the fridge in place. He then returned the radiator to its original location instead of moving its location or replacing the unit with a smaller one. I intend to be here for a while and the fridge is new so this arrangement made sense with the lack of space in the kitchen. It turns out that there was a damaged valve on the radiator which began leaking during the process of draining the radiator. A previous owner of the house had used tape to mask the problem. It was late in the day and Rob had only originally come by planning to check the job for a quote. He stayed with the job and stopped the leak which will be fixed once he can source a replacement valve as mine pretty much fell to pieces. All in all, really impressed with Rob. I didn't expect to have my fridge in place today and he refused to leave me with a leaky radiator even though it was late in the day and the problem had surprised us both. He also took the time to show me how my boiler works when I asked. The thing is old and I didn't really understand it.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a complete bathroom renovation, including moving plumbing and Olympus gave us a great price. They were professional, friendly and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were very respectful of our home, very clean and worked diligently. They worked exactly to the timeframe they provided at the beginning and there were no squabbles over agreements.
