Charles came and replaced a radiator for us, so polite, clean and tidy. Did a great job and offered to fit it and then come back the next day to re attach to the wall on his own time so we could finish painting the walls, also supplied the radiator cheaper than I could find. Won’t hesitate to use him again definitely!

I would certainly recommend Matt for jobs, in this instance a plumbing problem. In short... everything was very professional & he could address a complex issue. For more detail... the correspondence before the job was always very prompt and clear; Matt was not just on time but early. Though the water heating unit was unfamiliar to him at first, he understood it very quickly from the manual and explained the work in a way I could then understand. He methodically worked through diagnosing the potential problem and cleaned the unit for optimal performance in the flat. Having ruled this and other issues out as the main problem, Matt called a technical support number listed in the manual and confirmed with the unit specialist that the issue was not localised but with the communal boiler in the building. Matt subsequently wrote a very clear report describing his workings and explaining the issue as being a communal one. This was also very helpful as we could take that report from an expert to building management for them to take appropriate action. He also offered to correspond directly with them or re-attend to explain from his knowledge and understanding of the issue from the communal & local perspective. All costs were clearly outlined and there were no hidden extras. In conclusion... I would reiterate that I recommend you should use Matt Cooper and Harris Building Facilities Management Limited.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!
