Didn't turn up for the job with zero communication. Can't really give more than 1 for that? It takes seconds to send a message and actually inform a customer that you can't come, which is obviously annoying in itself but the main thing that bothers me is the total lack of consideration in not sending a message. Makes me think he's just totally forgotten and doesn't want to own up to it. Steer clear.

Hired Connor for rental property for central heating not working, Agreed to diagnose the resolve issue for £50. If issue not resolve I was expecting the quote for work but he send me invoice of £150 without my consent for the temp fixed work. Feel like greedy trade person take undue advantage of landlords who are not present in country.

Really excellent job from amn plumbing services. Ashley arrived before he was due, and did such a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards and showed great care and attention. He really knows his stuff. We had two new radiators fitted and raised for new skirting boards. He even took the old ones; I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
