I hired Jason to undertake the building of a small toilet and wash basin in a small cupboard room. Jason was very polite and always on time whilst offering a good support to our views and giving positive solutions to ensure the job is done correctly. The quote given was competitive and his understanding of what we wanted was spot on, but due changing circumstances on our half, we had to cancel this job. No complaints at all and great service from Plumb Performance. Griff sent over a quote and was able to come over and see the problem the same day. He gave a worse case and best case scenario with an idea of cost, he also said he would be able to come back in 2 days time. When he came back he got the job done quickly and the price reflected this and was very reasonable. Would happily use again 😊!
