Latest review:Carpets & Lino-Sean was a complete star. He explained exactly what he was going to do to correct the wrinkles in my carpet. He was careful in helping me move the furniture before settling down to the task. The finish looks like there were never any creases in the first place. As we chatted away Sean helped me put everything back and hoovered the room after the job. He even went the extra mile in cutting up bit of excess carpet to put under heavy objects in the room.

John was clear with his messages, took his time to come around and get the measurements and advised on how much material to buy. He was timely, transparent and provided a high level of service. His quote was not the lowest I had amongst others (not high either) but given my past experience, I prefer working with people who come across professional and trustworthy, that is the impression John left both before and after the job. I would recommend him to any future potential hirer.
Terry was excellent. We had a problem with the carpet delivery as it was impossible to get the carpet up to the first floor of the flat, but Terry came out especially to remove some steel from the roll the day before laying and managed to get it into the flat! Terry did an excellent job at laying the carpet and assisted with moving furniture around in the flat. I would highly recommend Terry.
