I have just moved to Swindon and now work both Swindon and Bristol. I am a qualified carpenter with over 30 years experience in the trade. My speciality is doors, floors and all household carpentry work. I can also do all tiling. I am easy to get on with and reasonably priced. No job is too big or small and I offer a friendly, quality service as well as being house trained and clear up after myself, despite receiving feedback that was due to the customers inadequate measuring and ordering.

Nice chap, but... Quoted for 2 days work at OK-ish rate for a good chippy.. Proceeded to work at snails pace for 2 (short) days.. Then couldn't come back til the next week to finish off - by which time I had identified that his work was not to a standard I would be happy with for part of the job he had quoted. So, day 3, I quite fairly offered him to finish off upstairs and have a 'free pass' for the bits downstairs. I got home to find fears confirmed, his 'finished' work is at about 2nd year apprentice level (gaps on mitre joints etc) and that despite another day's work - he hadn't even finished the reduced scope of works... To add insult to injury, he hadnt cleaned up the site. My wife paid him off less £25 that he generously deducted for unfinished work...

Callum and Westley did an absolutely fantastic job on our two bathrooms. Leading up to the job their communication was excellent, Callum was very fast and helpful in responding to a range of questions via text. I also thought their pricing was reasonable. Once they started the work they were punctual and professional. They worked really well around our busy house, and were friendly with our 4 year old who wanted regular updates on their progress! They put a new bathroom in our loft and completely renovated our downstairs bathroom. They were also happy to do A couple of additional Jobs that came up along the way. The finish is lovely. We really highly recommend E& H kitchens & Bathrooms.

I contacted Dan to request a quote to lay laminate flooring in my hallway ASAP. Communication was efficient, quote provided in a matter of minutes at a competitive cost. The next day they turned up on time, ran me through the plan, answered any queries I had and then completed the job to a high standard. Dan and Luke were both excellent and finished the job when they said they would. As most jobs do, the scope changed as the job developed - both Dan and Luke accommodated my additional requests checking in with me along the way to ensure I was happy with the plan. I can most definitely recommend them for any flooring laying jobs big or small. I’ll be heading back to Total Flooring Solutions for any future floor laying.

Our solid wood floor was damaged after a leak from the bathroom above. The edges of the boards had turned up so they needed to be sanded flat and some filling was required. I am absolutely delighted with my ‘new floor’ It is better now than when it was first laid! Damien has done a fantastic job, he filled other gaps and repositioned skirting boards as well. The final coat of lacquer was applied the next day by Przemek, who, on all fours, lightly hand sanded before application. From start to finish the team’s attention to detail was evident and the result is showroom worthy. The sanding equipment needs a mention too. There is zero dust! I assumed I would have to spend ages dusting through the whole house afterwards but no. Another win in my book! Damien and Przemek are highly experienced and obviously take pride in their work, I can’t recommend this company highly enough!
