The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Bawa has a great attitude, is very hard-working, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Cost If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a horrible experience with Carpet Quick Carpet. They misquoted us despite confirming the price covered both sets of stairs. When we tried to cancel and match another quote, they refused to leave - we literally begged them to go. The workmanship is poor, and the carpet is extremely low quality. After just a month, it’s shedding heavily and peeling off. We spent 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue. They initially resisted, then promised to fix it - only to block us the day before they were due. They’ve also ignored our messages on MyBuilder despite reading them. See attached the shoddy work. We are contacting MyBuilder for support. If needed, we’re prepared to pursue action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not use this company. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
