I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. He repaired my recently installed engineered wood floor after it had been damaged by a decorator, and the results are outstanding. The damage was very noticeable, but Michael’s skill and attention to detail have made it almost impossible to tell where the repairs were carried out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care throughout the process, explaining what he was doing and ensuring the finish matched the rest of the floor perfectly. I posted the job which included relaying some flooring and fitting door bars early afternoon, then by 6pm Kestutis agreed to come the following day. I needed the work done as a matter of urgency, so was realived at him being able to work around my late notice request. His rates were extremely reasonable, whilst not compromising on skill, professionalism and quality of the job. Seems to be of a rare breed of worker than doesn't mind working hard and realishes in exceeding expectations. Ihor and team did a great job laying the laminate floors and installing beading around tricky corners. Nice steps and edges too. I was also able to hire them for some electrical jobs and connecting washer and dishwasher. Good quality and good attention to details throughout. Punctual, courteous and hard working. Rafael did quite a few things when we bought our house before we moved in. He sanded the wooden floors and varnished them, painted one of room, fitted brackets for a wall mounted TV and other odd jobs, repairing some cupboards, changing some windows and various other things. He discovered the wooden structure of our terrace was rotten and we ended up asking Rafael to repair it and change the slats. He did a great job and we now have a nice wooden terrace we love. Communication was quite easy by text and email, Rafael is thorough and pays attention to details. He did a good job for all things we asked for. We will certainly work with him again if we need things done in the house.
