AK was very professional and helpful. Came in and flexed their other jobs to fit the flooring in my home. When encountering any issues they were more than willing to offer reasonings for certain aspects of the job and the final product is spotless! Also could have easily just done the job quickly and got out of there with some quick easy money however made it clear that their aim is to provide the best customer service possible alongside ensuring their customers receive the best quality work in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone needing anything done in their homes! Will be using again! Thanks AK!

I am a 44 year old married man with a family.when i get the opportunity i enjoy travelling and fishing. I do not normally advertise, but in the current climate i feel it wise. I have always got along with all my previous customers, with many people returning for future work. I always respect your home as if it where my own.I am happy working alone or as group,i have many sub-contractors to hand if needed. Gas safe plumber NICEIC electrician I find it very easy to organise any other trades. Also i can project manage any job of any size which takes the stress away from your selfs. I have good communication skills with all trades and all clients which have hired me in the past. I have always done my job properly and i am proud of the work i have done in the last 23 years. And proud that many clients have had me back to do moor work.I do not cut corners believing that if a job is worth doing then it should be done properly.At the same time keeping my prices fair.

We were really happy with Colin's work, he laid tile floor, laminate floor and fitted a kitchen and utility for us. The work was done to a very high standard with no corners cut and good common sense decisions made, giving us lots of feedback and options as to how we would like things done. Colin was very friendly and professional to work with and we would definitely recommend him, he clearly takes great care in what he does and has a passion for it.

I employed GWBS to undertake some renovation work. The building work was done to a reasonable standard. As extra work I decided on underfloor heating my wows began! I had issues with its installation they ignored manufacturers guidance. The floor was laid on an uneven floor but they had fallen out with the subcontractor and wanted me to chase the works to its completion. I had difficulty getting the work finished. So I refused a final invoice, of £450. Over a 3/4 month period I managed to find someone to finish the flooring.They did the best they could it's uneven in places and the heat isn't uniform. I still needed electrical sign off - I was chased for updates. I asked for them to stop harassing me, we agreed to accept the job as finish they would not contact me again. The subcontractor contacted me - the electrical checks were done. Having promised they wouldn't contact me, they did, asking for payment. I responded to the text, yes (mistake) but blocked their calls. A few months later they appeared at my house, I was at work. I contacted them immediately via email. They threatened me with debt collectors if I didn't pay that day. I offered a good will payment they refused I endured a day of emails, claims of letters said they sent, sighting recorded delivery, of out of context text messages. In fear of debt collectors, feeling under duress and stressed I paid them! I am now considering should I take legal action for distress and harassment.

Erikas recently completed work on our cottage in the Forest of Dean. He coordinated work on what was a very difficult site in terms of access. He had a very positive approach at all times and the quality of his work was first rate. Much of the work we did was exposed structural oak framing and decking. He managed all the trades in a timely way and anticipated potential problems ahead of time. The results look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others.

Plastering works. Skimming to boards in various locations and bonding and skim to large wall, plus other various patching-in. Maciek and Bartek carried out the work to a high standard in the time that they said they would. They arrived promptly and worked hard throughout. Very competative quote. Always polite and couteous and tidied up after themselves. I would have no hesitation in asking them to quote for future work.

Glenn has done an amazing job on our dining room Victorian floorboards. He punched down the nails in the floorboards and thoroughly sanded the boards. Our boards were quite uneven but Glenn took the time and effort to sand them multiple times and they are now all completely level! He also filled in several gaps before staining and sealing the whole floor. It now looks amazing and has completely transformed the room, we are so pleased! Noel and Dan did a very good job converting our shed into an office. They were always on time, were very good at communicating, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. There was a problem with an electrician who let them and us down - prolonging the job by a few weeks. However, their own work was excellent and to time, and we are enjoying the fruits of their labour. I would very happily recommend them (although perhaps not the electrician!).

Unprofessional finish. Not happy at all with the final result. I wish I hadnt used them. Poor floor leveling, poor cutting, they had to ask for help to do the job. Poor beading in corners, they wanted it sone and eushed the job. So poor quality.

Ismail done a great job with my 2 bedrooms and bathroom floors . The floors are now so nice and very stable. In one bedroom he removed the paper wall and the fireplace and repaired the walls and isolated. All looks perfect and he was working fast and well to finish everything in due time.He was very flexible with the time and go out of his way by working on Sunday and finish the job.
