We were sadly let down by Dean. We hired Dean in February 2022 where an indicative date of April was given as a completion date for all of the works, May 2022 by latest. Now in June and 40% of the works have been left incomplete and he has not been back to site. Though most his output was to a high standard, his project management and productivity rates let him down, taking nearly a week to hang three doors. The replacement guy I had to source, did a quality job hanging nine doors in two days. There were also a number of occasions where communication could have been handled in a more professional manner, including having the courtesy of returning a quote to a family member for some work, that at the time, I was happy to recommend him for. However, if you have smaller jobs that are not time pressured, then Dean could be the man for you.

Lewis went out of his way to fit our job in as quickly as possible: my disabled son couldn't use his wet room as the floor was leaking and rotting the floor underneath. Lewis arranged for a new shower tray to be fitted to replace the rotting plywood originally laid and swiftly relevelled and then laid the new Altro floor. I was very happy to pay the price quoted as it was a perfect job and I would highly recommend Lewis and would certainly hire him again myself.

Job= remove all paint to bare wood on my pent shed 8' x 6'-it was not as straight forward as it oringanlly seemed-shed had been varnished and 2-3 years' later had been painted over. Luke did a brilliant job removing all the paint and varnish down to bare wood which took much longer than originally planned. He painted the shed with 2 coats of Cupronal- Garden Shades-the shed looks nearly new- thanks to Luke's hard work. I was completly satisfied with his work, he was meticulous- tidy and courteous- arrived each visit on time and always advised by text as and when needed.

Jamie & Terry were very knowledgeable and explained a number of things to me that was causing the issues of my damp/condensation. I decided to go ahead with them as Terry was good at communicating with me on the timeframes, the work needed and how to best minimise issues going forward. Terry arrived when he said he would and the works took around 5 days. Terry and his team were very personable, friendly and respectful of my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for future works.

Ryan was great ; he arrived on time and was pleasant throughout , he did a good job , timely and efficient and the cheapest quote I had so very happy I decided to choose him . Did what I asked him to do , put two units together and drilled some holes round window seals and put screws in so I can put nets up . So please we hired Terry he come to quote us the same day for works and was able to fit us in short notice. He done a amazing job at choosing the right flooring for us and laying it. He also touched up a bit of paintwork on the walls that we was having trouble covering such a kind and considerate builder and we will not hesitate to recommend and to use again in the future.
