We contacted Paul in November 2024 about a possible reflooring project. He responded promptly and, living nearby, visited the next day. Now that's service! His visit was unhurried, supportive and informative. Paul gave us excellent advice on options, guidance on preparing the areas and tips on where to view and purchase flooring. We chose engineered wood, prepared the floors and purchased the materials. Paul provided a clear, competitive breakdown of charges and a timeline. With five rooms to do, it was no small job, but Paul aimed to finish before Christmas. He started in early December and completed it in two weeks. Paul's work was exemplary, showing commitment, care and precision.
