I cannot thank Acs flooring enough for the work that has been completed. I had a tradesman that fitted my kitchen floor tiles and completely ruined my kitchen floor. I had been advised by other tradesmen that i need to remove the tiles to be able to level the floor and fit LVT. I contacted Acs flooring spoke to Ash,the next day he came to level my floor and install LVT flooring he sourced all the materials I needed, excellent price, very professional and competent his work is to the highest standard. I highly recommend Acs flooring.

Very happy indeed. They are very friendly and professional guys who first of all spent a lot of time with us to fully understand our project, take measurements and explored materials options with us. They even brought in their architect friend to discuss one matter to ensure they approached the job and materials in the right way. Their attention to detail is fantastic. They arrived on time each day, kept noise to a minimum, were very respectful of our home and possessions, taking lots of care to ensure no damage and cleaned up after themselves

Firstly Robert quoted for the job then added diesel money to the quote, a little unusual if I'm truthful, Robert arrived a little late, I'd text him to see if he was still coming when he arrived, he and set to work, I left him to it and he finished around two hours later. I paid and on further inspection the bedroom door handle wasn't working properly, not a great start, I had to dismantle the handle and clean out the swarf from the inside before it worked properly, both doors appear to have been cut a little small and don't fit all the way into the frame, they sit proud of the frame by 10mm or so, in my opinion the frame should have been chopped out and the door hinges fully recessed this would have pulled the door into the frame, this is the way my other three doors were fitted by another joiner. The long edge of the bedroom door also had what I can only describe as gouge marks in it, as though the tools he was using grabbed and tore the wood resulting in a rough cut, the top of the kitchen door is also very rough and the doors have been cut too small, from certain angles you can see light between door and frame when standing in the hall and looking into the kitchen with the door closed, I'm sure it shouldn't be like this the door fits closer at the bottom of the frame then the top where the fit is pretty bad, not good enough to be honest. I'm afraid I won't be employing Robert for any more joinery work within my home or recommending him to anyone else.

Sid was a polite guy. Did a great job at laying the parquet floor. We then had thresholds fitted and he was rushed to get to another job, they were not fixed correctly. I asked several times via phone calls and texts if he could come back and finish the job. He said he would contact me and the call never came. I told him my little boy had cut his foot on the threshold that needed fixing. Nothing. Radio silence. December to date no contact. Steer clear he clearly cannot manage a job and finish it to the end.
