His visit was unhurried, supportive and informative. Paul gave us excellent advice on options, guidance on preparing the areas and tips on where to view and purchase flooring. We chose engineered wood, prepared the floors and purchased the materials. Paul provided a clear, competitive breakdown of charges and a timeline. With five rooms to do, it was no small job, but Paul aimed to finish before Christmas. He started in early December and completed it in two weeks. Paul's work was exemplary, showing commitment, care and precision. His attention to detail and communication ensured that every decision was thoughtful, leaving us with a stunning floor beautifully fitted in time for the holidays. I felt real confidence in Tom when he came round to quote for my job and I wasn't disappointed. He fitted six brand new doors with brass hinges and rim-locks and did an amazing job considering all of my door frames are awkward sizes.
